Our bilingual Rainbow Workshop and Café-Rencontre gatherings embody our core values of respect, responsibility, and dignity, guiding these men toward restorative justice—a process centered on active listening and reconciliation. Whether conducted in groups or one-on-one sessions, these transformative workshops often spark profound, enduring personal change. Through our work, we actively help reduce reoffending rates and disrupt the cycle of criminal behavior.
