My professional journey began with several years in hospitality management before transitioning to the community sector approximately 25 years ago. My initial involvement was with initiatives supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Subsequently, I dedicated twelve years to the Cercles de Soutien et de Responsabilité du Québec, an organization providing sponsorship for sex offenders, where I progressed from an administrative position to that of coordinator.

In addition to this, I presently hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Aumônerie Communautaire de Montréal and volunteer as an escort driver for Correctional Service Canada.
